How would you like to do to get the most accurate line projection on targeting surfaces? The formal use of focused beam line laser is only generating fixed line thickness in certain work distance. It is designed with fixed focus, not allowing free adjustment, thus might only be used for certain working occasion. In order to fulfill multiple use in current industrial precise device manufacturing works, focusable laser line is developed. Only after quite easy connect with configured DC input power supply and free adjustment of line thickness, it will achieve quite precise line indication for multiple occasions.

Focusable laser line is similar with a formal dot laser module. However, after special adoption of qualified glass coated lens or Powell lens, with lens degree of 10 to 110 degree, it projects modifying laser light in a line pattern. It generates different line length and thickness. Under proper adjustment of laser beam focus, laser line module gets adjusted line thickness to 1mm to 2mm at about 2 meters. Formally, at closer distance, reference line can be adjusted even finer, thus it can reach as fine as 0.3mm at 10cm work distance. Under strict requirement of high level of accuracy and no light decay, it is recommended to make line targeting not exceeding 25 meters.

After selecting of DC/AC adapter, adjustable line laser accepts wide range electric current within 100V to 240V, converted into lower operating voltage of 3V, 5V, 9V output power. It can be use with formal output power, but also applied for high power laser modules up to 500mW, while IR laser modules can reach the highest power of 1000mW for special night vision alignment. The genuine design of electric wires extension for both laser module and DC power supply are featured by high temperature and strong corrosion, also allowing convenient use within freely installed distance of 3 meters.

Within wide range output power, after production into a practically used adjustable line laser, it is a quite compact structure laser device with tube diameter of only 16mm or 26mm. It is usually used as an accessory part, making clear and accurate laser line projection for sawing machine, textile garment processing, sand milling, wooden board processing, laser car wheel alignment and other lab experiment works etc.
