The 808nm TTL modulation adjustable focus infrared laser diode module is an integrated laser emitting device that combines an import 808nm infrared semiconductor laser diode, adjustable focus optical system, a TTL modulation drive circuit inside a durable housing tube. It emits intense and invisible infrared light to the human eye, and its switching/frequency can be controlled by external signals. Cooperated with night version illumination device, after properly adjusted laser beam focus, it achieves highly concentrated IR light emission, and ultra clear and stable infrared dot projection continuously.

Employed by an import 808nm near infrared laser diode, a qualified glass coated lens and a heat dissipation structure inside a durable and sealed metal housing tube, the TTL modulation adjustable focus infrared laser diode module enables high density and high concentration infrared light source generation, converts into an increasing accuracy and brightness infrared reference dot for multiple night version fields, covering industrial positioning, alignment, mechanical positioning, infrared night version and security, machine vision and inspection, military and security etc.
Key features:
◆ TTL high speed modulation. Rapid control laser on/off the state via TTL modulation high and low levels (3-12V for on, 0V for off), allows for digital control and pulse output, supporting long lifetime operated infrared light source and IR dot generation constantly.
◆ Adjustable focus optic lens enables increasing brightness and accuracy IR dot projection. Small infrared dot at close range, and large IR laser dot at long range, compatible t different distances and precision dot alignment works.
◆ APC, ACC driving circuit board. TTL modulated infrared laser module keeps work with constant power and constant current drive, good heat dissipation, capable of 24 hours continuous operation, and long lifespan up to 8,000 hours.
