TTL Modulation Laser Diode Modules

The adjustable focus TTL modulation laser diode module is a major dot projecting laser light source with digitally controllable on/off switching and adjustable dot size, covering a wide range of wavelength of 405nm violet, 445nm blue, 515nm, 520nm and 532nm green, 635nm-685nm red, 780nm-1470nm infrared lasers. Featured by rapid laser on/off control via TTL high and low level signals, it offers fast response and easy integration with microcontrollers, PLCs, and other automation equipment. Adjustable focus optic lens in front of the beam aperture allows for free adjustment of laser dot diameter and projecting distance so as to achieve even more precise and brighter dot indication.
