Adjustable focus TTL modulation 808nm infrared laser line generator integrates an 808nm near infrared laser diode, constant current drive, TTL modulation circuitry, glass coated lens and adjustable focus optic system, and a metal heat sink cooling system with a durable anodized aluminum alloy housing tube. It projects invisible IR line of infrared light invisible to the naked eye, but detected by sensors.
Key features:
◆ 808nm near infrared laser light offers strong concealment, good penetration, and low thermal effect. Employed by an import 808nm infrared laser diode within 50mW to 400mW and heat dissipation design, it enables constant IR line generation stably.
◆ Highly straight IR line emission with adjustable line thickness. Combined with a qualified glass coated lens with 10°-110°fan angles with adjustable focus optics, it allows highly intense Gaussian beam IR light source conversion into a highly straight, fine IR reference line, achieving adjustable IR line width to adapt to different working distances.
◆ TTL modulation. 0–100kHz square wave modulation (0V off / 5V, 9V, 12V on), suitable for synchronous control and dynamic scanning. It can be precisely synchronized with cameras/sensors for 3D scanning, dynamic touch, and high-speed inspection.
