TTL modulation adjustable focus 980nm infrared laser diode module is an invisible near infrared light source module designed for industrial line inspection, machine vision and optical experiments. It supports TTL high frequency and power feedback, designed with import 980nm infrared laser diode, qualified optic lens and metal heat sink cooling system inside a sealed metal housing tube. It allows for high precision and high stability infrared reference dot projection, meeting various scenarios such as alignment, triggering, and structured illumination.
Key features:
• TTL high speed modulation supports DC to kHz square wave pulse, together with an infrared camera or night vision equipment, suitable for OEM integration and long term continuous operation.
• Qualified glass coated lens with adjustable focus lens design enables freely adjusted IR reference dot diameter, achieving increasing accuracy infrared dot alignment at various distances.
• Wide range output power range. Low power 980nm infrared laser is used for dot indication and alignment, high power IR laser is applied for infrared illumination and excitation of the target device.
• Built-in APC, ACC driving circuit board inside the anodized aluminum alloy housing tube enables constant current and APC power feedback, reducing light intensity drift over long term use, resistant to temperature fluctuation, calibration or dust.
