TTL modulation adjustable focus 980nm infrared line laser module is an invisible near infrared light source module designed for machine vision, industrial line inspection and optical measurement. Integrating a 980nm semiconductor laser diode, glass coated lens and cooling system inside durable metal housing tube, it generates a straight, sharply fine infrared reference line, allowing for precise line measuring needs of visual reference lines, structured light scanning, implicit alignment.
Key features:
Built-in constant current drive and APC automatic power control outputs stable IR light source and IR reference line, with reduced light fluctuation.
980nm semiconductor laser diode (5mW-500mW) and glass coated lens(10°–120°)generate a straight and sharply defined line with various line lengths. Adjustable focus lens enables fine tubed line width and sharpness at different work distances.
TTL high speed pulse modulation supports DC to 100kHz square waves with controllable on/off switch, suitable for machine vision strobe, photoelectric counting, and structured light projection.
Industrial grade line quality gets minimal brightness drift during extended operation.
